Time is so strange and warped right now; Friday can arrive so fast, yet Monday can seem so distant. You can wonder what you did all week, yet know you did something. The tide ebbs and flows and you can’t stop it, you can only taste the salt and watch. I’ve often thought to myself of late, I wonder when I will see that person again. Will we walk side by side once more along the Roses and under the pylons? Time will tell; in its liquid way. Another thing I’ve been thinking about of late is concrete; those laitance surfaces. I’ve been looking down at those cosmological slabs, seeing the infinite patterns and water damage; thinking how organic they look, how nature pervades, even in things made by human and machine, the concrete is easily as interesting as the tessellated trees that curve beside the pavement (that accumulation of time and weathering, a slow process you can’t watch). I stand now listening to an electricity hum and the crickets buzz, to the distant traffic and a volley between two owls, time slows. What mysteries the world holds.

Time that infinite loop. ∞

Wrap the shimmering veil around you (shimmering veil; cloaks you in a veil, providing a chance for creatures attacking you to be less hateful towards you).

{ In its midst clear moonlight shimmering veil spread their weave chimerical both }
